Truck Accident Attorney
Semi Truck Litigation
Dr. Bradshaw is on the Executive Committee, leadership position, with the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice. Our offices have worked with semi-truck injury victims throughout the United States. Our clients have included persons from Washington to Texas, California to Chicago and Illinois to Florida. In many of these situations we work with a local co-counsel. If retained, we can work with the local attorney of your choice, or we can help you find an appropriate person to work with us on your case. We pay this attorney out of our fee and there is no additional fee to you. Our typical fees range from as low as 10% to as high as 33% depending on the nature of the case and the stage of litigation when a settlement occurs. We advance all expenses, although some states’ ethical rules require the client to be responsible, in the end, for these costs and expenses.
At our national headquarters we work on all types of injury cases, but nationally we focus on helping people and families who are victims of two types of injuries - semi trucks and birth trauma. We have found that by concentrating our energy on these two highly technical areas of the legal practice we can more effectively maximize our client’s recovery and future outlook. We take all types of semi-truck cases as you can see from our results page.
